OUR POLICY

Our return policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

If your return complies with the above (within 60 days, unused, original packaging and proof of purchase  provided) you can opt for an exchange or a refund.

Refunds will be sent to the original payment method.

 

PROCESS FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS

1. Send us an email to hello@acquabonita with the following information:
1. your name and last name,
2. date of purchase
3. item you want to return/exchange
4. reason for returning/exchanging
2. Our Customer Service team will contact you within the next 2-3 days to arrange the exchange/return.
3. Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, our team will send you an email to notify you.
4. Refunds will be processed within 2-5 days of reception of the item(s) and will be sent to the original method of payment.
